Phases of the Moon

Today in Science, we learned about the 8 phases of the moon. We learned about how the position of the earth in relation to the sun affects the shape of the moon. We cupcakes and oreos to demonstrate what the moon looks like during all 8 of its phases. In all 8 phases, it just looks tasty!

Candy Solar System

The 7th/8th Grade Solar Flares made a candy model of the solar system. This helped us to learn the order of the planets in relation to the sun. YUM!!!!
